Glimpse is a mamma's Girl. She won't walk far from me or do anything with anyone else. She enjoys me petting her but only on her terms. She does greet people with a squeaky noise but doesn't stay long. She is a princess complete with her own wardrobe and pillows. Glimpse is a real fun dog to do sports with because she is so intense and always trying her hardest. Glimpse has taught me a lot about terriers. She has taught me most of all that it's not that I get my own way with training, its a mutual agreement. She does things not because she wants to but because its beneficial for her.

Flyball

Glimpse has a great turn: It's quick and snappy. She has been a height dog since the day she started and has won a few special awards. She loves to race but sometimes gets caught up in the moment and forgets the ball. Again she keeps us all on the edge, when we are tied at 2 to 2, Glimpse gets to decide who wins.

Disc Dog

OVBCC Disc Trial - October 2005

Glimpse is great at disc. She catches most discs thrown. She is a Canadian record holder with 179.8 feet for longest catch. She has a great vault trick and just loves to show off her freestyle moves.

Agility

Agility is Glimpse's favorite sport. She tries her hardest every time. She has great speed and can beat any dog when she runs clean. Now that we have a start line stay and her weaves are consistent, that should help put us at a high success level.

Dog Sledding

Glimpse also enjoys sledding. When she gets harnessed up she starts barking her head off with excitement. She spins and looks at me when we are stopped like she is saying "come one lets go I want to run".  Glimpse just wishes dog sledding could be a warmer sport!
